Dorice Ann DeCosey, age 61, was born December 14, 1956 in Gary, Indiana to Charles Edgar McGrone and Juanita Fullerton.

Dorice departed this life on June 25, 2018 and was preceded in death by her father; Charles Edgar McGrone, daughter; LaTonya Bolden, brother; Gary Fullerton and 2 sisters; Marilyn McGrone and Anita McGrone.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband; Alphonso DeCosey, her children; Tyjuan Jermaine Bolden, Willie B. Bolden, II, LaToya Bolden and LaTonya Jones, 8 brothers; Leonard Fullerton, Charles McGrone, Steven McGrone, James McGrone, Rodney McGrone, Michael McGrone, Kenyon McGrone and Jamie McGrone, 6 sisters; Kim McGrone, Roxanne McGrone, Michelle McGrone, Laurie McGrone, Deborah Judkins and Sarah Fullerton, 14 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave. SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 6, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, at 2:00 PM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 1:00 PM.
