Obituary for Arteria Mosley

Arteria Mosley, age 88, was born September 21, 1929 in Griffith, Mississippi to Silas and Janie Maze.

Arteria departed this life on January 30, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons; Joe Fred Mosley and Allister Mosley, brothers; Frederick Maze, Roosevelt Maze and Silas Maze, sisters; Arledia Rostick, Lottie Mosley, Lillie Maze and Elizabeth Maze.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Tom Mosley, sons; Tony Mosley, Tom Mosley (Rochelle) and Dexter Mosley, daughters; Marilyn Bracey, Jacqueline Harris, Doris Mosley and Sandra Whiteside (Jissie), 2 brothers; James Maze, Edmond Maze, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel at 1:00 PM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 12:00 PM.
