Sharon Lett (Rucker) was born April 25, 1943 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Arnold and Belinda Lett.
Sharon went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 27, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband; Elmer Eugene Rucker, parents; Arnold and Belinda Lett, and three sisters; Marilyn Vega, Doris Nelson and Merle Web.
She leaves behind her legacy to her son; Rondal Rucker, daughter; Regina Rucker, one brother; Arnold Lett, two sisters; Ada Todd and Margie Skalicky, 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Public visitation will be held on Thursday, January 03, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, January 04, 2019 at Messiah Baptist Church, 513 Henry SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family a hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
