Mae Francis Tolbert, age 78, was born June 20, 1940 in Wilson, Arkansas to Ivory Jennings Sr. and Mary Jennings.

Mae went to be with her lord Saturday, November 03, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers; Dean Jennings, and David Jennings, and 2 sisters; Bernice Jennings and Helen Jennings.

She leaves behind her legacy to 1 son; Jonathan (Gwen)Greer III, 1 daughter; Angela(Fred) Mullins, 3 brothers; Ivory Jennings Jr., James (Erma) Jennings, and Willie (Joann) Jennings, 3 sisters; Gloria Lagrone, Martha(Delbert) Shipp, and Ruby Jennings, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held Thursday, November 08, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Avenue SE. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, November 09, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church, 130 Delaware Street SW, at 12:00 PM. Friends may meet with family at 11:30 AM.
