Cathleen Ivy, age 55, was born June 23, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to J.C. Ivy and Letha Mae Ivy.

She departed this life on April 2, 2018 in Nashville, Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son and 1 grandson; Kejuanta.

She leaves to cherish her memory her fiance; Mark Barnett, 2 daughters; Ieshia Gulley and Kiara Ivy, 3 step daughters; Danielle Dale, Jasmine Jones and Karen Barnett, 1 brother, 5 sisters, 7 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave. SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, April 13, 2018 at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel, at 1:00 PM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 12:00 Noon.
