George L. Toledo, age 70, was born August 10, 1947 to Fulgencio and Olga Toledo in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

George departed this life on March 2m 2018 in Fremont, Michigan and was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother; Mario Zambrano and 2 sisters; Sonia Toledo and Margarita Dejesus.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife; Naida, 3 sons; George Toledo, Jr. (Claudia), Manuel Toledo (Jerica) and Francis Toledo, 2 daughters; Nylza Yvette Toledo and Nereida Toledo (Javin), 2 brothers; Jose Manuel Vazques and Cristobal Zambrano, 4 sisters; Awilda, Miriam, Doris and MIldred, 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave. SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2018 at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 225 32nd St. SW, at 10:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to service at 9:00 AM.
