Eva Mae Bivins, age 59, was born January 23, 1959 to Willie and Pearline Bivins in Paterson, New Jersey.

Eva departed this life on February 25, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her father; Willie Bivins, Sr., brother; Bobby Bivins and brother in-law Rujay Moody.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Pearline Bivins, brothers; Willie Ben Bivins, Jr. and Vincent Van Bivins, sisters; Barbara Moody, Patricia Ann Bryant (Frank), Margie Maria Bivins, Sharon Annette Bivins-Cook (Robert), Martha Ann Gray and Jeanette Bivins and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Shawnee Park Christian Reformed Church, 2255 Tecumseh Dr. SE at 2:00 PM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 1:00 PM.
