Tawanda Marie Williams, age 42, was born April 20, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois to Randall Burl and Lorraine Williams.

Tawanda departed this life on February 13, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and leaves to cherish her memory her children; Gerard Oray and Kyra Williams, her parents; Randall Burl and Lorraine Williams, brothers; Tavio Heard, Leonard Heard and Domonique Burl, two sisters; Tasha Beasley and Toya Burl and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave. SE from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Renaissance Church of God In Christ, 1001 33rd St, SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
