Obituary for Cathy Elizabeth Currie

Cathy Elizabeth Currie
Cathy Elizabeth Currie, age 49, was born February 5, 1968 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Curtis and E. Veronica James.

Cathy departed this life on November 14, 2017 in Rockford, Michigan and leaves to cherish her memory her children; Adam J. Currie, Khayya V. Currie and Kristian L. Currie, her parents; Curtis James, Sr. and E. Veronica James, brothers; Curtis M. James, III and Allan D. James and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 18, 2017 at New Hope Baptist Church, 130 Delaware SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
