Obituary for Marie Allen

Marie Allen, age 75, was born July 30, 1942 in Hoxie, Arkansas to Ellis and Loraine Wells.

Marie departed this life on November 6, 2017 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother; Ellis Wells, Jr.

Marie leaves to cherish her memory her children; 9 sons; Antiono Webb, Alphonzo Webb, Alonzo Webb, Angelo Webb, Carthell Davis, Ventossin Webb, Raeshaun Parchman (Precious), Denari Parchman and Jessie Turner (Latecia), 2 daughters; Mia Davis and Eunique Allen, 1 brother; Yulsses and 1 sister; Vicky, 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 1-4 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Renaissance Church of God In Christ, 1001 33rd St. SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
