Traci Lynnelle Luster, age 39, was born August 19, 1978 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to L.C. Luster and Di'ane Dobbins.

Traci unexpectedly departed this life on October 6, 2017 in Washington, DC and was preceded in death by her father; L.C. Luster and brother; Tshombe Moise Taylor.

Traci leaves to cherish her memory her children; Philbert Matthews, Tierney (Felton) Harris, Tytiana Parks, Di'ane Luster and Paris Luster, brothers; Iatonda Patrick Taylor and L.C. Taylor, sisters; Malique (Houston) Grear, Nicole Luster and E'lla (Larry) Webber, 4 grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Crossroads Bible Church, 800 Scribner NW at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to service at 10:00 AM.
