Mollie Mae Elliott, age 85, was born December 18, 1931 to Ezell and Lillie Roberts in West Point, Mississippi.

Mollie departed this life on September 9, 2017 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; and 4 daughters; Maureen Gillen, Michelle Elliott, Lillie Johnson and Thelma Key.

Mollie leaves to cherish her memory 2 sons; John Key and Terry Key, 4 daughters; Johnnie Mae (Raymond) Boyd, Lillian Key, Ruth Adelabi-Julian (Clifford Julian) and Sally Elliott, 1 brother; Robert Dean, 3 sisters; Eura Frieson, Pearline Price and Kattie Eason, 27 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 22 great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2017 at New Life Church of In Christ, 1072 Jefferson Ave. SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
