Jacquelyn Elaine Harris, age 84, was born October 19, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan to the James and Josephine Garel.

Jacquelyn departed this life on May 1, 2017 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; William Harris "Bill" and her son; Harrison Tett.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children; James (Yolanda) Tett, Keith (Kelly) Tett, Joseph (Carla) Tett, Walter (Cindi) Tett, Glenn (Michelle) Tett, Sharon (Allen) Jackson and Laverta Jones, 41 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren and other family and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2017 at Messiah Missionary Baptist Church, 513 Henry, SE, at 11:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM.
