Jalen Evan Michael, age 23, was born June 11, 1993 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to William and Nora Michael.

Jalen departed this life on April 14, 2017 in Ann Arbor, Michigan and leaves to cherish his memory his mother and father, 1 brother; Terry Michael, 3 sisters; Tara, Latricia and Shelby Michael and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave. SE, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Boston Square Christian Reformed Church, 1803 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, at 12:00 noon. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 11:00 AM.
