Roy W. Ford was born December 27, 1928 to William Roy Ford and Delzinia Ford in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Roy departed this life on October 19, 2015 and was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife; Nancy Ford, three sons; Roy Ford, Gregory Ford (Gina) and Rodney Ford (Sybil), two daughters; Beatrice Burch (Clayton) and Stacia Spicer-Ford, 11 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 1-5 pm at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave se. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2015 at Ivy K Gillespie Memorial Chapel at 10:00 AM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 9:00 AM.
